NUDURA can provide up to *2X Greater Energy Efficiency NUDURA is a highly insulated concrete wall–with no air spaces or studs–which vastly reduces air infiltration. When you combine NUDURA’s 2 5/8” EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) foam with the structural strength of reinforced concrete, you can be sure you are building a home or commercial structure that has superior energy efficiency over traditional building methods.
Greater Sound Resistance
NUDURA can provide up to *3X Greater Sound Resistance.
NUDURA’s double foam insulated concrete core acts as an effective sound barrier, filtering out unwanted noise, dampening sound vibrations and ensuring a serene and comfortable ambience within your structure.
To achieve sound resistance of up to 3X, a NUDURA® 6” form or higher must be used.
Greater Comfort
Concrete structures built with NUDURA® Insulated Concrete Forms can provide up to *9X greater Comfort. Outside cold can easily travel through a typical wood-framed wall causing thermal bridging, creating uncomfortable cold spots. NUDURA offers superior performance when it comes to thermal bridging, resulting in even temperatures throughout with reduced drafts and cold spots.
Fire Protection
NUDURA offers up to *4X Greater Fire Protection. Building with NUDURA offers greater fire protection with up to a 4 hour fire protection rating (4 times that of a wood framed structure). NUDURA® Insulated Concrete Form walls are built with steel reinforced concrete and a non toxic fire retardant expanded polystyrene foam. *NUDURA fire protection rating excludes the NUDURA 4” form.

Installation of NUDURA Concrete Forms and accessories are fast and easy. Forms are light and easy to maneuver and can be stored easily taking up minimal space on site. NUDURA Patented hinged folding webs eliminate costly on site assembly and our interlocking strip and clip accessories makes installations fast by eliminating the need to secure forms with tape or wire like having to do with other Insulated Concrete Systems. Forms can easily be cut on site with any manual saw saving unnecessary on-site movement. Building with NUDURA keeps your labor costs to a minimum.
